Technical Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Springfield, VA, United States. The program operates in a hybrid model with scheduled remote work and onsite requirements at approved customer locations when directed by the customer.

Salary: $170,000–$180,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage program cost, schedule, performance, risk, and contract compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. Government personnel and customer stakeholders.
• Analyze complex cybersecurity and insider-risk issues, coordinate investigations, and recommend action plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, analysts, engineering teams, and hirify.global resources.
• Produce status reports, program management reviews, CONOPS, SOPs, and other assigned deliverables.
• Provide technical consultation on cybersecurity and AI-enabled cybersecurity capabilities, including support for new engagements and workflow documentation.

Requirements

• Top Secret clearance required to start.
• Bachelor’s degree and seven years of relevant professional experience.
• PMP certification.
• Experience with cyber threats, insider threats, information security, TTPs, threat actors, campaigns, and observables.
• Familiarity with intrusion detection systems, intrusion analysis, SIEM platforms, and endpoint insider-threat detection tools.
• Ability to perform technical cyber SME and onsite task-lead responsibilities.
