Associate Client Manager, Beauty Retail

Location: US-Remote; must be based in the United States at the time of application. The posting header also lists Chicago, IL, United States.

Salary: USD 69,800–85,000 yearly base compensation; the role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Master hirify.global tools and metrics to create end-to-end data stories addressing beauty retailers’ business questions.
• Analyze complex data and simplify it into clear, client-ready narratives.
• Develop insights that help the Beauty sales team acquire new retailer clients.
• Build expertise across Beauty and Wellness categories and track industry trends.
• Support strategic analytical leadership, stakeholder relationships, account development, and cross-functional management.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of Consumer-Packaged Goods or Retail industry experience.
• Genuine passion for and deep familiarity with the Beauty industry.
• Experience with hirify.global or comparable data is required.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong problem-solving skills using deductive reasoning and identifying gaps in logic.
• Ability to create compelling data stories and visuals that resonate with Beauty retailers.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and active listening.
• Open mindset, teamwork, flexibility, perseverance, sense of urgency, and a client-first mentality.
• Ability to multitask, independently manage multiple projects with varying timelines, and work across a wide variety of data platforms while understanding their nuances.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
