Salary: $66,300–$80,000 base salary per year

What you will do

• Develop strategic media plans based on client direction and media principles.
• Analyze consumer research, competitive intelligence, and large datasets to produce insights and reports.
• Develop points of view on new media opportunities and prepare presentation decks for client meetings.
• Manage client relationships, billing, budgets, and flowcharts.
• Coordinate team projects, timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to their development, performance reviews, and hiring.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of media planning experience.
• Understanding of advanced analytics, performance media, marketing principles, and media planning processes.
• Strong writing, presentation, communication, problem-solving, organization, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with media management, billing, competitive, and targeting tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and present ideas confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
