Digital Learning Experience Lead (Workday/Sana)

Location: Southampton, United Kingdom, with travel to London and other hirify.global offices when required

What you will do

• Lead the learning experience, content and adoption activity for Workday Learning powered by Sana and the transition away from legacy learning technology.
• Design simple, inclusive and engaging learning journeys for priority skills, role-based, mandatory, onboarding and culture-aligned learning.
• Create e-learning with Articulate, Elucidat and Sana, and enable subject matter experts to produce effective content through guidance, templates and support.
• Lead the business implementation of Workday Skills Cloud pilots and partner with HR Information & Systems on requirements, configuration and delivery.
• Use learning data, feedback and experimentation to evaluate participation, engagement, learner experience, skills and business impact.
• Design and improve digital learning experiences supporting culture, leadership, ways of working and organisational capability programmes.

Requirements

• Strong experience in learning technology, digital experience, product ownership or a related field, with evidence of delivering organisational impact through technology.
• Expertise in user experience and user journey design, translating business and colleague needs into simple, engaging digital experiences.
• Demonstrable e-learning authoring expertise, including designing and building learning in Articulate, Elucidat and Sana or comparable tools.
• Experience shaping business requirements and improving the colleague experience of digital platforms, including supporting implementation and technology-enabled change.
• Ability to use data, feedback and experimentation to evaluate impact, challenge assumptions and improve decisions.
• Strong stakeholder and supplier leadership, connecting business priorities and user needs with technical possibilities and partnering effectively with technology specialists.
• Experience of learning management systems, AI-enabled learning or skills technologies.
• Understanding of accessible digital design, content quality and learning requirements in a regulated environment.

• Experience with Workday Learning or Workday Skills Cloud.
