EMEA Webinar and eLearning Specialist

Location: hirify.global UK, Bracknell, United Kingdom; on-site at least four days per week. The UK headquarters is expected to move to Winnersh Triangle Business Park, Reading, during Q4 2027.

What you will do

• Manage webinar setup, hosting, presenter support, reporting, and governance.
• Design and deliver digital learning and webinar programs for the Safety & Industrial Business Group across EMEA.
• Develop digital learning content, courses, videos, assessments, and certifications.
• Support LMS publishing, content localization, maintenance, quality assurance, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with Division, Area, Marketing, and Customer Education teams to create scalable learning experiences.
• Ensure programs meet brand, legal, regulatory, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Fluent English, both verbal and written.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience in instructional design, eLearning, or adult learning.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and virtual learning platforms.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Bracknell at least four days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with Articulate, ON24, or similar tools.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to use learning data to improve outcomes.
• Curiosity and comfort exploring new learning technologies.
• Knowledge of one or more European languages, such as Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, or Polish.
