Digital Technical Training Officer

Location: Onsite only in Warwick, United Kingdom. Other locations include Warrington Training Centre and Dartford Training Centre. Flexible working hours may occasionally include evenings or weekends.

What you will do

• Identify learning requirements through training needs analysis and develop suitable training resources.
• Develop digital training materials for Baxi customer training courses.
• Improve training programmes to reflect business requirements, industry developments, and relevant non-product-specific topics.
• Maintain internal and external eLearning platforms.
• Build working relationships with local schools and colleges to promote Baxi and industry career opportunities.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of digital learning technologies, learning management systems, and eLearning platforms.
• Experience managing and delivering training content through digital learning platforms.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working with departmental managers to identify best practice, improve efficiency, and raise standards.
• Professional administration skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Background checks may be required, and employment offers depend on obtaining the relevant level of checks.
