Senior Technical Sourcer (Autonomy/AI)

What you will do

• Identify, engage, and build relationships with technical and executive candidates for complex, hard-to-fill roles in autonomy and machine learning.
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiting leadership on intake meetings, role calibration, market analysis, and compensation insights.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies and personalized outreach campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter, Findem, GitHub, and other channels.
• Conduct initial technical screens covering technical background, motivations, and organizational fit.
• Manage candidate pipelines, provide detailed handoff notes, and maintain accurate ATS data.
• Track conversion metrics, evaluate sourcing channels, and optimize outreach performance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of technical sourcing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong technical acumen and familiarity with machine learning, autonomous vehicles, or complex hardware and software systems.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern AI-driven sourcing platforms such as Findem.
• Experience using AI tools and automation to improve sourcing efficiency and personalize outreach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to conduct fluid technical screens and deliver a candidate-centric experience.
