Senior Executive Talent Sourcer (HR): Driving high-impact hiring for executive and senior-level roles across Operations, IT, Revenue, and GTM functions with an accent on talent mapping and market intelligence. Focus on building executive-level pipelines, creating personalized outreach strategies, and partnering with senior stakeholders to fill business-critical roles.
Location: Must be a U.S. person (Citizen, Green Card, etc.) due to export control compliance. Preferred: Livingston, NJ; open to other CoreWeave hub locations or remote.

What you will do
- Execute executive-level searches across COO, CIO, and CRO organizations, including IT, Supply Chain, and GTM functions.
- Conduct deep market research and talent mapping to identify target companies and adjacent talent pools.
- Develop highly personalized outreach and messaging to attract hard-to-reach executive talent.
- Utilize modern AI sourcing tools and outreach analytics to optimize the hiring funnel and adjust strategy.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders during intake, calibration, and stakeholder meetings.
- Coordinate interview processes and qualify early candidate interest to maintain pipeline momentum.
Requirements
- Significant experience in executive sourcing, recruiting research, or talent intelligence.
- Proven track record of senior-level hiring across Operations, IT, GTM, or Marketing.
- Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) for export control compliance.
- Expertise in utilizing LinkedIn, CRM/ATS rediscovery, and AI-driven sourcing and outreach tools.
- Ability to produce market insights and executive-grade candidate narratives for senior stakeholders.
- High level of organization and ability to manage multiple high-priority searches in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in high-growth tech, cloud, hyperscaler, data center, or AI-related environments.
- Strong existing network in relevant executive talent markets.
- Experience supporting international hiring or blended FTE/contractor talent strategies.
