What you will do

• Execute executive-level searches across COO, CIO, and CRO organizations, including IT, Supply Chain, and GTM functions.
• Conduct deep market research and talent mapping to identify target companies and adjacent talent pools.
• Develop highly personalized outreach and messaging to attract hard-to-reach executive talent.
• Utilize modern AI sourcing tools and outreach analytics to optimize the hiring funnel and adjust strategy.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders during intake, calibration, and stakeholder meetings.
• Coordinate interview processes and qualify early candidate interest to maintain pipeline momentum.

Requirements

• Significant experience in executive sourcing, recruiting research, or talent intelligence.
• Proven track record of senior-level hiring across Operations, IT, GTM, or Marketing.
• Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) for export control compliance.
• Expertise in utilizing LinkedIn, CRM/ATS rediscovery, and AI-driven sourcing and outreach tools.
• Ability to produce market insights and executive-grade candidate narratives for senior stakeholders.
• High level of organization and ability to manage multiple high-priority searches in a fast-paced environment.
