Senior Talent Sourcer (Short-Term) (Technical Recruiting)

Location: San Mateo, California, United States. Office-based roles require onsite presence Tuesday through Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday.

Salary: $10,155–$13,271 USD per month.

What you will do

• Partner with recruiters and business leaders to understand hiring goals and technical talent needs.
• Source and engage engineering candidates through Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Behance, Dribbble, and other platforms.
• Manage high-volume sourcing pipelines and maintain accurate ATS data and operational workflows.
• Share talent-market insights, sourcing analytics, and competitive intelligence with hiring leaders.
• Mentor hiring managers and interviewers on calibration, evaluation, and selection practices.
• Measure sourcing impact, diagnose bottlenecks, and improve recruiting processes at scale.

Requirements

• 4+ years of top-of-funnel sourcing experience focused on engineering.
• Experience identifying and engaging senior and niche technical talent in competitive markets.
• Ability to recognize high-quality, high-craft portfolios and manage high-volume pipelines.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System to maintain candidate pipelines.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze metrics, surface insights, and inform strategy.
• For US-based roles, candidates must have eligible United States work authorization; future H-1B sponsorship is not supported at this time.
