Remote Spanish (Colombian) Translator

Location: Remote in Colombia

What you will do

• Translate written content from English into Colombian Spanish while preserving meaning, format, and tone.
• Read and understand the context of each piece of copy.
• Use specialized dictionaries, translation software, and other translation tools.
• Proofread completed translations and identify grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.

Requirements

• Native Colombian Spanish speaker.
• Fluent English in addition to native Spanish.
• Availability of at least 5–10 hours per week.
• Proven work experience as a Translator, Interpreter, or in a similar role.
• Excellent proofreading skills, including the ability to identify grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.
• Good knowledge of content editing tools.
• Familiarity with translation software.
• Time-management skills.
