Account Manager (Paid Social)

Location: Fully remote; US preferred

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day client relationships through weekly calls, meeting notes, roadmaps, status updates, and proactive communication.
• Manage delivery priorities, timelines, team hours, scope, and retainer boundaries across multiple accounts.
• Define creative strategy, including positioning territories, audience and funnel-stage angles, testing roadmaps, and pre-launch read plans.
• Write hooks, on-screen copy, primary text, and headlines, and brief designers with clear creative direction and feedback.
• Review Meta Ads Manager performance at the ad and creative level, including hook rate, hold rate, frequency, fatigue, and cost per result.
• Iterate winning concepts through new hooks, formats, and framings.

Requirements

• 4+ years of agency account management or client services experience focused on paid social, with Meta as a primary revenue channel.
• Experience with eCommerce/DTC brands and Shopify.
• A track record of writing hooks and ad copy that ran, with results that can be discussed.
• Experience briefing designers and managing creative feedback loops.
• Fluency in Meta Ads Manager reporting at the ad and creative level.
• Senior client-facing communication experience with directors, CMOs, and founders.
• Experience managing several accounts while staying within defined hours and retainers.
• Ability to work with Claude, Claude Code, and Cursor for data pulls, reporting, and analysis.
• Clear written communication in a remote, asynchronous, documented environment.
