VP Value Creation (Renewable Energy)

What you will do

• Lead implementation and evolution of the operating model and value creation approach across the offshore wind portfolio.
• Own the portfolio value creation agenda, prioritise initiatives, and lead recurring performance improvement sprints.
• Develop value creation plans for existing businesses and new project or platform acquisitions from due diligence through delivery.
• Scope and coordinate cross-functional workstreams, budgets, dependencies, risks, and implementation timelines.
• Track delivery and financial benefits, remove barriers, and sponsor corrective or recovery actions.
• Prepare executive reporting, decision papers, risk dashboards, and recommendations for leadership forums.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in programme management, management consulting, or transformation delivery.
• Proven experience running an IMO, PMO, or integration office in a complex, multi-workstream transformation.
• Experience working across multiple countries or jurisdictions.
• Excellent programme management, value creation, integration, and project optimisation skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage and challenge senior leadership.
• Structured problem-solving and synthesis skills, strong financial acumen, and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively at pace in an ambiguous environment with limited direction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including digitalisation and data analytics; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant QHSE software.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Experience working across multiple countries or jurisdictions, ideally within Europe.
• Background in energy, infrastructure, or renewables.
• Experience working in a GCC state-owned enterprise.
