Programme Leader - Repair Networks (Gas Turbine Repair)

What you will do

• Develop, deliver, and manage end-to-end repair projects and programmes, supporting the Repair Executive Process and new repair development reviews.
• Lead repair planning meetings through a gated project process, tracking progress and maintaining effective communication.
• Manage risk plans and governance reviews while building relationships with approved repair licensees.
• Own relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Report on revenue and gross profit for the Repair of Spares process and drive year-on-year cost improvements and process efficiencies.

Requirements

• HND or degree.
• More than 3 years of experience in Gas Turbine Repair and Overhaul.
• Holistic experience in aero-derivative repair operations, overhaul, or component repair.
• Confident project management skills and experience; a project management qualification is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, project management software, and SAP.
• Experience leading or coordinating small cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, influencing, initiative, and self-starter skills.
