Senior Manager, Visa Direct Commercial Readiness (Payments)

Location: London, United Kingdom; at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Manage and continuously improve processes that enable clients to participate in hirify.global Direct programs.
• Coordinate product, commercialization, sales, solutioning, operations, and client-facing inputs to validate launch readiness.
• Prepare launches, track issues, perform readiness validations, and drive process improvements.
• Develop clear communications, newsletters, emails, and PowerPoint presentations for global and regional teams.
• Maintain playbooks, implementation materials, FAQs, templates, version control, and governance for enablement assets.
• Identify operational risks and process gaps while improving scalability, efficiency, and documentation quality.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent advanced-degree experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in payments, operations analytics, or an equivalent field.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong organization, critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Basic understanding of technical schemes; payments technology knowledge is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing digital payment solutions and working with cross-regional stakeholders.
• Knowledge of global money movement flows across cards, accounts, and wallets.
• Knowledge of hirify.global Direct, payment network technology, digital assets, and acquiring and financial institution ecosystems.
• Experience with AI and agentic solutions.
