PMO Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead and develop PMO frameworks, standards, methodologies and controls.
• Provide governance, constructive challenge and delivery assurance across projects and programmes.
• Produce portfolio reports, executive dashboards and management information for senior stakeholders.
• Manage portfolio risks, issues, actions, dependencies and decisions, escalating matters when required.
• Support resource planning, capacity forecasting, business cases, benefit tracking and financial reporting.
• Use AI, automation and technology-led solutions to improve PMO efficiency, insight and delivery impact while coaching PMO colleagues and delivery managers.

Requirements

• Significant experience in PMO, portfolio management or programme management.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks and delivery controls.
• Experience with portfolio reporting, executive dashboards and performance insight.
• Experience in financial management, forecasting, budgeting and benefits realisation.
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies and change controls.
• Experience with PMO tools such as Azure DevOps or other portfolio management platforms, plus people leadership and senior stakeholder influence.
