Technical Programme Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation activities across card schemes, processors, and internal stakeholder teams.
• Plan, execute, and govern Host Certification, Scheme Testing, Token Service implementation, Clearing & Settlement setup, and CIQ completion.
• Coordinate technical SMEs to deliver certification, testing, tokenization, settlement, and operational readiness on schedule.
• Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and critical-path activities while escalating blockers and driving resolution.
• Translate complex technical topics into actionable plans and report progress, risks, and blockers to stakeholders.
• Oversee production cutover, certification progress, test execution, tokenization onboarding, and post-launch stabilization.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex card issuing, processor migration, or payment implementation programmes.
• Strong understanding of Host Certification, network connectivity, Clearing & Settlement, Token Service, CIQs, scheme testing, and production readiness.
• Senior-level payments expertise covering card issuing and processing.
• Experience coordinating technical SMEs and engineering teams without necessarily acting as the hands-on technical expert.
• Experience working with issuers, processors, card schemes, and large-scale payment technology delivery environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, risk resolution, and prioritization skills in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
