Senior Director, Corporate Analysis

Location: Hybrid, based in hirify.global’s San Francisco, CA office or Foster City, CA; office attendance expectations aligned with the hiring manager. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $218,100–$381,800 USD per year, with potential bonus, sales incentive payments, and equity where applicable.

What you will do

• Lead quantitative analysis of hirify.global’s business drivers and provide insights that shape performance communications and decision-making.
• Assess macroeconomic and microeconomic trends, develop analytics to measure their impact, and support strategy and operations.
• Develop business insights for quarterly earnings calls, investor conversations, and executive decision-making.
• Design executive-level presentations for internal and external audiences, including the Board of Directors and the President.
• Evaluate competitors’ financial performance and communicate the competitive landscape to senior leadership.
• Lead a small team, build relationships with finance and business leaders, and improve, streamline, and automate analytical processes and tools.

Requirements

• 12 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree; 10 years with an advanced degree; or at least 5 years with a PhD.
• 10–20 years of relevant financial analysis experience, including 5+ years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or highly analytical roles in data-intensive industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Expert skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong business acumen, commercial intuition, problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, cultivate cross-functional relationships, and communicate effectively with all levels of management.
• Expertise in financial modeling techniques and managing large data sets, with strong attention to detail and output quality.
• Ability to act proactively, resolve issues, deliver time-sensitive work, work independently while seeking input, and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Strong leadership skills, professional curiosity, passion for learning, and an enthusiastic work ethic.

Nice to have

• 15+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, 12 years with an advanced degree, or 9+ years with a PhD.
• MBA and/or CFA.
• Understanding of the payments industry and hirify.global’s business.
• Global or multinational business experience gained on the ground.
