Sr. Manager, Financial Analysis

Annual base salary: $150,000–$205,500

What you will do

• Develop financial and decision-making models that provide insights and actionable recommendations for business decisions.
• Manage rolling forecasts and review budgets versus actuals with senior leadership, highlighting risks and variances.
• Prepare financial plans, new business plans, operations forecasts, and strategy recommendations with management.
• Plan resources, allocate costs to business units, and enter headcount and external-spend data into the OneStream system.
• Prepare monthly and ad hoc actuals-versus-plan reports and communicate financial updates, data, and goals across organizational levels.
• Build partnerships across Finance and business teams and complete ad hoc requests from internal and external business partners.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of finance experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity within FP&A.
• Experience in early-stage startups and/or high-growth companies.
• Exceptional budgeting, financial modeling, and scenario analysis skills.
• Expert understanding of Excel and SQL, including advanced Excel power-user skills.
• Ability to self-start and direct work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting financial information to all management levels.
• Experience as a team-oriented people manager with an entrepreneurial and collaborative approach.
