What you will do

• Develop and refine complex contract agreements aligned with organizational goals and financial requirements.
• Build and maintain financial models to support business decision-making.
• Manage and interpret large datasets using expert-level Microsoft Excel skills.
• Design PowerPoint presentations and Visio workflows for senior leadership.
• Use Power BI to improve data management and reporting efficiency.
• Translate technical and financial insights into strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in analysis, finance, or contract management.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong command of PowerPoint, Visio, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to structure and negotiate contract agreements and present complex data to executive stakeholders.
• A valid California driver’s license may be required for occasional travel.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial modeling and data management.
• Proficiency in Power BI.
