Learning & Development Facilitator (Quantitative Trading)

What you will do

• Facilitate student, intern, early-career, professional development, management, and leadership programs.
• Engage participants across technology, trading, and operations, adapting delivery to different audiences and responding to challenging questions.
• Design practical learning modules, facilitator guides, participant materials, activities, and assessments.
• Design, develop, maintain, and refresh eLearning and blended learning solutions using standard authoring tools.
• Own delivery of internally developed, colleague-developed, and externally sourced training content.
• Collaborate with global L&D colleagues to share content, coordinate delivery, and improve programs using participant feedback and outcomes.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in corporate training, facilitation, or Learning & Development.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate effectively for interns, early-career employees, experienced professionals, managers, and senior leaders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with credibility in a fast-paced environment and across varied learning styles.
• Practical, analytical ability to diagnose learning needs and define appropriate solutions.
• Hands-on experience designing training content and applying sound instructional design practices.
• Experience designing or delivering scenario-based, experiential, and case study-based learning.
• Ability to build credibility across technology, trading, and operations.
• Ability to create original content and learn and deliver curricula developed by others.
• Ability to collaborate with a global L&D team, share content, coordinate delivery across regions, and manage multiple programs, priorities, and audiences.
• Generalist mindset and energy for working across varied topics and audiences rather than supporting a single client group.

Nice to have

• Experience creating eLearning modules with Articulate Rise or similar authoring platforms.
