What you will do

• Design and develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Rise, integrating audio, video, and motion graphics.
• Translate SME source material into storyboards, learning blueprints, and scripts that are actionable and learner-centric.
• Produce and optimize multimedia assets (graphics, video, audio) for multiple devices and browsers.
• Run rigorous QA testing for functionality, accessibility, and technical accuracy before deployment.
• Upload, configure, and maintain content in the LMS with version control and consistency across the course library.
• Review and improve existing learning assets using learner feedback, business changes, and performance analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Proven professional experience creating corporate digital learning content.
• Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise).
• Working knowledge of modern instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging learning narratives.

Nice to have

• Experience designing training for corporate functions such as Compliance, HR, Professional Development, or Operations/Manufacturing.
• Experience with multimedia and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva).
• Familiarity with learning analytics to optimize content effectiveness.
