What you will do

• Design and develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• Translate subject matter expert input into storyboards, learning blueprints, scripts, and learner-centric content.
• Integrate graphics, video, audio, and motion elements optimized for different devices and browsers.
• Perform QA testing for functionality, accessibility, and technical accuracy before deployment.
• Upload and configure courses in the LMS while maintaining version control and a consistent content repository.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, manage concurrent projects, and improve content using learner feedback, business changes, and performance analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Professional experience creating corporate digital learning content.
• Advanced proficiency with Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise.
• Working knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, adult learning principles, and instructional logic.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging learning narratives.
• Work location: Decatur, Illinois, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience designing training for Compliance, HR, Professional Development, Operations, or Manufacturing.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar multimedia and graphic design tools.
• Familiarity with learning analytics and data-driven content optimization.
