Senior Trainer - Facilitation

Location: Based in Tampa, Florida, United States. Remote work is available initially, followed by full-time office work at the hirify.global corporate Tampa office in Gasworx, Ybor City, opening in spring/summer 2027. Some travel to corporate offices in Newport News, Virginia, and for certifications may be required.

Pay range: $6,858.34–$10,975.00 per month for this salaried role. Bonus or incentive plan eligible.

What you will do

• Deliver high-impact, high-visibility learning programs across the enterprise.
• Lead sessions requiring subject-matter expertise or facilitation certification.
• Mentor and coach trainers to improve delivery quality and consistency.
• Partner with learning leaders and program managers to enhance learner experiences and outcomes.
• Provide actionable feedback on content improvements, delivery strategy, and program enhancements.
• Contribute to facilitator development and broader enterprise learning initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in facilitation and delivery.
• 5+ years of experience in facilitation, training delivery, business training, or learning and development.
• Experience designing and delivering programs for diverse audiences and business functions.
• Experience mentoring peers or supporting other trainers.
• Ability to work remotely in Tampa initially and then work full time from the Tampa corporate office after its opening.
• Availability for occasional travel to Newport News corporate offices and certification activities during onboarding.

Nice to have

• Learning and development certifications such as CPLP or ATD, or progress toward certification.
• Leadership Development facilitation certification.
• Experience with virtual and blended learning methods.
• Experience in a large or multi-site organization.
