Learning Content Consultant (AI)

What you will do

• Conduct needs analyses and design learning architectures, instructional content, eLearning modules, blended learning structures, and microlearning resources.
• Develop and implement learning strategies aligned with business objectives and talent development needs.
• Manage the learning content lifecycle, governance, accuracy, maintenance, and adoption across business units.
• Consult with business leaders and HR partners to diagnose performance needs and recommend targeted learning interventions.
• Build dashboards and reports measuring learner engagement, content effectiveness, and return on investment.
• Partner with Workday subject-matter experts and manage selected third-party learning vendors while occasionally facilitating live or virtual learning experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Learning and Development experience in a large global or multinational company and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models, learning technologies, content strategy, and learning measurement.
• Experience administering courses and data in a Learning Management System and managing content governance in complex, matrixed environments.
• Strong leadership and soft-skill development experience, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Hands-on experience creating learning content with tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and Vyond.
• Ability to collaborate with business leaders on workflows for creating, updating, and maintaining knowledge articles.

Nice to have

• Experience measuring learning ROI, preparing impact reports, and using dashboards or data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of Workforce Solutions products, platforms, and people.
• Experience as a Knowledge Base Content Administrator or LMS Administrator, preferably with Workday Learning.
• Expertise in AI adoption and AI-enabled learning tools, especially within Google Workspace solutions.
