Planner and Scheduler (Maintenance Planning)

Location: Lancaster Facility, Pennsylvania, United States; USA, PA, Bainbridge. Onsite role.

Salary: $79,300–$105,600 USD per annum.

What you will do

• Plan, schedule, prioritize, and optimize preventive, predictive, corrective, and reliability-focused maintenance work using the CMMS.
• Create, track, close, and document work orders, including labor, materials, equipment history, and completed work.
• Coordinate maintenance technicians, contractors, operations, engineering, suppliers, tools, equipment, and materials.
• Support planned and unplanned outages, shutdowns, turnarounds, capital projects, equipment installations, major repairs, and plant modifications.
• Analyze equipment history, condition-monitoring data, predictive-maintenance results, inspection findings, reliability metrics, and performance trends.
• Develop maintenance standards, job plans, inspection procedures, outage work scopes, condition assessments, recommendations, and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of experience in maintenance planning, maintenance coordination, reliability support, maintenance supervision, or related maintenance roles in a manufacturing, industrial, utility, energy, waste-to-energy, power-generation, chemical-processing, pulp-and-paper, resource-recovery, or continuous-process environment.
• Experience supporting plant outages, shutdowns, turnarounds, major maintenance projects, capital projects, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Strong organizational, planning, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, instrumentation, and industrial process systems.
• Experience using CMMS platforms for work-order management, maintenance planning, scheduling, asset management, and reliability tracking.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects, balance competing priorities, and manage resources in a dynamic operating environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with maintenance, operations, engineering, contractors, suppliers, and leadership teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
• Experience analyzing maintenance data, equipment history, reliability metrics, failure trends, and performance information to support maintenance planning and asset reliability.
• Ability to support asset reliability programs, maintenance excellence initiatives, and long-term equipment performance improvement strategies.

Nice to have

• Experience with PeopleSoft.
• Experience with SAP, Maximo, Oracle, Infor, or similar ERP/CMMS platforms.
• Experience in power generation, waste-to-energy, resource recovery, pulp and paper, chemical processing, manufacturing, industrial utility, or another continuous-process industrial environment.
