Master Planner (Aerospace Manufacturing)

STS Aerospace designs and manufactures rigid tubing, flexible hose assemblies, and engineered fluid transfer systems for commercial aviation, defense, and space applications.

What you will do

• Create master production schedules based on sales forecasts and customer orders.
• Analyze production specifications, plant capacity, manufacturing processes, tools, and staffing requirements.
• Schedule workflows and sequence fabrication, assembly, installation, and other manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate suppliers, purchasing, department supervisors, and manufacturing teams to maintain efficient just-in-time inventory control.
• Expedite delayed operations, adjust schedules for unforeseen conditions, and prepare production reports.
• Prepare material, tool, and equipment lists and purchase orders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to prepare routine reports, communicate effectively, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Practical problem-solving and ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, and schedule-based instructions.
• Knowledge of database, inventory, and manufacturing software.
• Ability to work consistently, regularly, and dependably on time.
