Leadership Development & Engagement Lead

What you will do

• Set the strategic direction for leadership development and identify capability gaps across the business.
• Support top talent development programs and existing leadership and colleague programs.
• Develop leadership solutions, build program proposals, and present them to senior stakeholders.
• Own the colleague engagement strategy, including bi-annual, onboarding, and exit surveys.
• Lead survey design, delivery, and governance globally with HR, technology partners, and external providers.
• Translate survey results into actionable insights, connect engagement outcomes to leadership performance, and facilitate development sessions as priorities shift.

Requirements

• Experience in leadership development, colleague engagement, or talent roles within a large, cross-border organization.
• Hands-on experience designing, delivering, and acting on colleague engagement surveys.
• Program and project management experience, including managing multiple large initiatives simultaneously.
• Strategic thinking about leadership capability and organizational engagement.
• Consulting and influencing skills, particularly with senior stakeholders.
• Technical and data knowledge, including survey platforms, dashboards, and reporting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and networks.
• A highly organized, detail-oriented approach and comfort working without direct reports in a flexible, collaborative environment.
