Project Manager – Payment (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $100,000–$135,000 per year

What you will do

• Own delivery of a defined payment project from initiation through close.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, RAID logs, status reports, and governance documentation.
• Coordinate scope, schedules, resources, communications, and delivery readiness across cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate meetings, decisions, issue resolution, stakeholder follow-up, and timely risk escalation.
• Use AI responsibly to draft reports, maintain RAID logs, generate meeting notes, build project plans, and prepare stakeholder communications.
• Share project management best practices with program managers, product owners, and business analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Project management certification such as PMP, CAPM, or equivalent.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with disciplined status, RAID, timeline, and stakeholder management.
• Strong organizational, communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with Agile and waterfall delivery methods, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar project management tools.

• Experience with healthcare operations, software delivery, or business transformation.
