Project Manager (Pharma)

Location: Remote within the United States; New York, NY listed as a hub.

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year

What you will do

• Create scopes of work, project plans, schedules, staffing plans, and resource forecasts.
• Manage project workflows, timelines, budgets, estimates, financial tracking, and out-of-scope activities.
• Coordinate agency teams, client communications, kickoffs, status meetings, creative reviews, and final presentations.
• Track risks, issues, approvals, deliverables, and escalation paths from project inception through completion.
• Recommend process, system, and software improvements to increase project efficiency.
• Provide project feedback and maintain effective relationships across diverse agency teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–5 years of project or account management experience in a pharmaceutical agency environment.
• Experience developing timelines and managing budgets.
• Workfront and Jira experience required.
• Microsoft Office Suite experience required.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
