Senior Manager Product Management Payments (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role based near one of hirify.global’s corporate offices in McLean, Virginia; Dallas, Texas; or Memphis, Tennessee, United States. Travel up to 15%.

Salary: $120,000–$160,000 per year, plus eligibility for the hirify.global Annual Incentive Bonus Plan.

What you will do

• Lead the development, prioritization, and delivery of product initiatives within the B2B payments ecosystem.
• Define product requirements and user stories for new payment capabilities and customer experiences.
• Set product direction and make decisions throughout the full product lifecycle.
• Lead relationships with external payment providers and strategic technology partners.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to align product vision, priorities, and execution.
• Introduce and optimize payment methods across digital and physical channels while improving operational efficiency.

Requirements

• At least seven years of professional experience in Product Management, Technology, eCommerce, Customer Experience, or a related field.
• Experience managing payments products or platforms, B2B payment capabilities, or payment-related technology solutions.
• Experience delivering product initiatives through requirements definition, prioritization, launch, and performance measurement.
• Ability to work near one of the three U.S. office locations: McLean, Dallas, or Memphis.
• Experience partnering with external vendors, payment service providers, or technology providers.
• Experience with digital payment methods, digital wallets, installment products, or related payment technologies.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or associate degree, or equivalent technology-related experience.
• Experience influencing product strategy, roadmap planning, and prioritization decisions.
