Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: United States (Remote)

Salary: $160K–$180K annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Own growth and performance across the credit card customer journey, including acquisition, activation, and ongoing engagement.
• Manage the rewards program and the economics behind card benefits.
• Build and grow product relationships with banks, card networks, retailers, and other partners.
• Work with engineering and analytics to prioritize features, build business cases, and monitor post-launch results.
• Partner with the Product Lead and independently run significant portions of the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Experience owning a credit card product or a substantial part of one.
• Working knowledge of card economics, including interchange, rewards costs, interest income, and credit losses.
• Understanding of how issuers, networks, processors, and partners operate together.
• Experience shipping products with engineers and independently pulling and interpreting data.
• Quantifiable results involving approval rates, activation, spending, or losses.
• Experience working with external partners such as banks, card networks, or retailers.
