Employee Benefits Consultant (Corporate Health & Risk): Associate/Manager level

Location: Hybrid across London, Belfast, Birmingham, Bristol, Croydon, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, and Reading, United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Support the management and development of client relationships across health and insured benefit arrangements.
• Assist with strategic reviews, renewal projects, market exercises, and provider negotiations.
• Prepare client reports, presentations, and recommendations supporting people, wellbeing, and reward objectives.
• Coordinate renewal and broking processes, including accurate and timely documentation and governance requirements.
• Build knowledge of the health and risk marketplace, insurer propositions, emerging trends, and legislative developments.
• Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes, contribute to business growth, and deliver integrated wellbeing and workforce solutions with colleagues across Employee Benefits.

Requirements

• Experience working within corporate employee benefits, with a solid foundation in insured benefits, healthcare, and/or risk consulting.
• Passion for health and wellbeing and a desire to develop expertise across the wider employee benefits landscape.
• Growth mindset and ambition to build a successful consulting career.
• Ability to take ownership and contribute to varied projects and business initiatives.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with confidence working directly with clients and providers.
• Commercial awareness and interest in supporting business development and growth opportunities.
• Collaborative approach, strong organisational skills, and attention to detail.
• Progress towards or willingness to pursue professional qualifications such as Cert CII, Dip CII, or equivalent.
