Strategy Insights & Planning Consultant Intern (Consulting)

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid working model combining work from home with on-site presence at clients and hirify.global offices; travel is required as needed for client-facing work.

What you will do

• Work with project leadership to define project scope and develop approaches.
• Lead project task execution, organize project data, coordinate team meetings, and manage progress.
• Conduct issue analysis, develop hypotheses, and design and execute qualitative and quantitative analyses.
• Synthesize findings, develop recommendations, and communicate results to clients and internal teams.
• Provide thought leadership, contribute to business development and internal firm activities, and support practice areas.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Be in the first year of an MBA program and possess a bachelor's degree, and often a graduate degree, in business, economics, marketing, psychology, physical or life sciences, engineering, applied math, statistics, or a related field.
• Have 3–5 years of pre-MBA work experience.
• Demonstrate high motivation, good work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative.
• Have an aptitude for and enjoyment of leading and managing teams.
• Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills for creating personal impact with senior-level decision makers.
• Have strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
• Demonstrate analytic problem-solving skills with a creative and innovative outlook.
• Have a client service orientation, client-first mentality, intense work ethic, collaborative spirit, and problem-solving approach.
• Be fluent in English and possess or be able to obtain work authorization for the intended country of employment.
