What you will do
- Manage multiple healthcare consulting projects from planning through delivery, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
- Lead internal and external project teams in designing, developing, and delivering client solutions.
- Analyze client requirements and challenges, develop and cost proposals, and manage bid preparation and integrity.
- Act as a key client contact and deliver reports, presentations, and project findings to healthcare stakeholders.
- Identify follow-on work and new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Mentor colleagues and strengthen consulting capabilities and subject matter expertise.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 8–12 years of relevant consulting and healthcare industry experience.
- Experience within or working for front-line mental health and/or community services in the UK.
- Experience specifying, procuring, and deploying patient management solutions, including EPRs, at enterprise level.
- Strong project management, presentation, communication, client influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry developments, consulting methodologies, and data assets and core offerings.
Nice to have
- Experience working at regional or national level in mental health or community services.
- Experience managing projects across more than one Center of Excellence.
- Established healthcare industry network and referral contacts.
