Lead Engineer, Process Engineering (Energy)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; Gliwice, Poland and Darmstadt, Germany can also be considered. Global travel for 20–40 days per year is required, with a focus on Poland, Germany and Czechia.

What you will do

• Lead process engineering for boiler rebuilds and conversions in delivery projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers and customers to ensure technical excellence.
• Support sales projects by defining technical concepts and preparing specifications.
• Provide theoretical training for customers and assist with commissioning during project completion.
• Develop new solutions and processes that address evolving environmental standards, renewable fuels and coal phase-out.

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in thermal, energy, environmental, chemical or process engineering from a university or university of applied sciences.
• Have strong experience in boiler processes and similar industry roles.
• Communicate fluently in English.
• Be willing to travel globally for 20–40 days per year, primarily in Poland, Germany and Czechia.
• Work systematically, prioritize effectively and deliver results in dynamic project environments with challenging schedules.
• Communicate technical recommendations clearly and concisely to customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively across teams and work independently while planning and prioritizing responsibilities.

• Polish, Finnish, German or other language skills.
