Process Engineer at Gillette Plant (Manufacturing)

Location: Gillette Plant, Łódź, Poland; onsite manufacturing role

Starting salary: 13,500 PLN per month

What you will do

• Manage production processes and maintain efficiency, quality, reliability, and safety standards.
• Lead project launches and implement initiatives that improve plant operations.
• Drive automation and process optimization to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Identify and eliminate losses in production and related processes.
• Work with experienced professionals through hands-on projects, mentoring, and training.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or graduate within the last two years from a technical university.
• Degree in mechanics, mechatronics, automation and robotics, chemical engineering, process engineering, production engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience eliminating losses in production or other processes.
• Fluent Polish and proficient English.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, analytical thinking, initiative, and flexibility.
