Associate Consultant (FinTech)

Location: Frankfurt, Germany; onsite client work and training in client offices and at training seminars.

What you will do

• Partner with financial-industry clients to understand their business and investment processes and provide solutions using hirify.global products.
• Support hirify.global applications and create custom hirify.global models, screens, and automated processes.
• Develop client-focused workflows that promote product usage, adoption, and smooth onboarding.
• Plan and lead product training sessions in client offices and at training seminars.
• Gather product feedback and advocate for client needs with Product Development.
• Build long-term client relationships and provide trusted product support without giving financial advice or performing management consulting.

Requirements

• Strong interest in Finance and/or FinTech.
• Client-centric mindset and willingness to collaborate across teams.
• Experience or desire to work in a client-facing support role.
• Strong German language skills.
• Ability to learn and use new technology effectively.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work in teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel skills.
• Master’s degree conferred by January 2027.
