Associate or Consultant, Tech and Digital Advantage (Digital Transformation)

What you will do

• Take end-to-end responsibility for complex project modules and develop specialized knowledge.
• Advise clients on digital transformation, technology strategy, data platforms, AI, agile, ERP, and enterprise systems.
• Understand client challenges, develop transformation strategies, and secure buy-in for recommendations.
• Work with BCG consulting teams and practice areas to create measurable business value and competitive advantage.
• Address questions around AI-driven business-model disruption, personalized data-enabled experiences, faster digital delivery, and ERP modernization.

Requirements

• Experience in consulting, corporate digital initiatives, technology projects, digital strategy, digital marketing, or tech start-ups and scale-ups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
• Outstanding academic achievements and a bachelor's or advanced degree.
• Broad interest in technology and digital topics with strong consulting and analytical capabilities.
• Experience with ERP or enterprise systems transformation, including SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Workday, is advantageous.
