Senior Full Stack Engineer (Crypto)

Location: Remote in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, or Uruguay

What you will do

• Build and ship consumer-facing features quickly in React Native and TypeScript, prioritizing small, high-velocity experiments.
• Own growth experiments end to end, from hypothesis and design through implementation, launch, measurement, and iteration, using platforms such as Statsig.
• Improve onboarding, activation, feature discovery, conversion, engagement, and trading revenue across the Krak app.
• Build viral acquisition and value-add growth features on top of the existing product offering.
• Contribute to backend services and APIs, primarily using Rust, so experiments can be delivered across the stack.
• Analyse experiment results and independently decide whether to scale, iterate, or stop initiatives amid changing priorities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software development experience building and shipping large-scale, consumer-facing applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with React and React Native.
• Demonstrated experience running growth experiments in consumer-facing businesses with measurable impact on conversion, activation, retention, or revenue; B2B or platform-only experience is not a fit.
• Working backend proficiency, including designing and implementing services and APIs, with openness to working in Rust.
• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentals, including experience with APIs, WebSockets, real-time systems, mobile performance, testing, and modern development workflows.
• Practical experience designing, running, and analysing A/B tests, including feature flags, statistical significance, product analytics, funnel data, and cohort data.
• End-to-end ownership of product features and a product engineering mindset, with initiative and adaptability to work with minimal direction in ambiguous and changing conditions.

Nice to have

• Customer-facing product experience in fintech, digital banking, payments, trading, or crypto.
• Hands-on experience with Statsig or a comparable experimentation platform, including regional and global rollouts.
• Rust experience.
• SQL and self-serve analytics experience.
• AI fluency and familiarity with AI tools and development patterns.
• Native iOS or Android development, distributed systems, microservices, or engineering experience in a hyperscaling consumer technology organization.
