Senior Fullstack Engineer (Java-React)

Location: Remote or hybrid in Colombia or Argentina

What you will do

• Write high-quality, maintainable, and testable code using Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, React, and other modern technologies.
• Build frontend web applications, backend services, APIs, and data flows across the full stack.
• Participate in all development phases, from planning through production, within a cross-functional Agile team.
• Provide technical mentorship, conduct code reviews, and contribute to architecture discussions.
• Improve system scalability, performance, and resilience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape product direction and architecture decisions.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Java and experience with Kotlin.
• Experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Knowledge of AWS and familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB.
• Strong foundations in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Experience with clean coding practices, CI/CD, TDD, and DevOps.
• Advanced English communication skills and availability to work remotely or in a hybrid model from Colombia or Argentina.

Nice to have

• Experience with travel or e-commerce platforms.
• Drive to continuously improve technical skills and the systems being built.
