Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack (Builder Studio)

What you will do

• Build the Builder Studio experience, including chat-driven app creation, live preview, canvas, publishing, and sharing.
• Shape agent planning and code-generation flows across pages, databases, workflows, and follow-up edits.
• Design the runtime and workflow layer with triggers, scheduled jobs, retries, logging, and deterministic and agentic steps.
• Own delegated identity, permissions, secrets, sandboxing, and isolation for generated applications.
• Expand integrations with hirify.global data, Google Sheets, Google Drive, CRMs, and MCP-based connectors.
• Work with design partners and customers while owning reliability, performance, cost, tests, and evaluations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping production software across both frontend and backend.
• Strong TypeScript and React skills with complex stateful interfaces such as editors, canvases, builders, or collaborative surfaces.
• Backend and API design experience, preferably with event-driven or workflow systems involving retries, idempotency, and observability.
• Production experience with LLMs, agent loops, tool calling, context management, code generation, or evaluations.
• Experience making security decisions for untrusted or generated code, including sandboxing, delegated authentication, scoped tokens, and secrets handling.
• Experience taking an ambiguous 0-to-1 product from prototype to a reliable customer product, with strong product judgment and ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience with low-code, no-code, AI app builders, or developer tools.
• Experience with Cloudflare Workers, Durable Objects, Ruby on Rails at scale, or GTM, sales, marketing, or RevOps technology.
