Engineering Manager (AI)

Location: Fully remote within Poland, Spain, Portugal, or Estonia; an office option is available in Riga, Latvia.

What you will do

• Lead and develop engineers through clear expectations, continuous feedback, and strong people leadership.
• Co-own product outcomes with Product and Design by participating in discovery, opportunity shaping, and prioritization.
• Challenge assumptions, propose solutions, and make trade-offs between business value, delivery speed, and technical sustainability.
• Own engineering execution from planning through delivery, operations, and post-launch learning.
• Drive predictable delivery through prioritization, dependency management, and transparent risk management.
• Shape technical direction, maintain engineering standards, and contribute to broader engineering improvements.

Requirements

• Experience leading engineering teams in a product company.
• Proven ability to deliver complex products or systems in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong product mindset, including experience contributing to discovery and shaping product decisions.
• Strong technical judgment and ability to participate in architecture and engineering decisions.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity independently, make trade-offs, and take ownership of outcomes.
• Strong people leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Hiring process
