Proposals Manager I (Clinical Trial Technology)

What you will do

• Update and maintain the pricing model for proposal activities.
• Research and analyze historical pricing data for management presentations.
• Compile costs, schedules, and technical elements for proposals based on clinical protocols and RFP specifications.
• Compile costs and technical elements for change orders based on Sales Representative requirements.
• Report proposal progress, metrics, and issues to management.
• Maintain the RFI response library, coordinate and author RFI responses, and liaise with Finance on pricing and billing inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration preferred.
• 2–5 years of related proposals experience.
• 1–3 years of pharmaceutical experience required.
• Interpersonal, communication, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ambition, self-motivation, and a high level of energy.
• Ability to network, along with time-management and organizational skills.
• Analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and negotiating skills.
• Attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with eClinical technologies.
• Experience with CRM solutions.
• Business Administration degree.
