Project Manager – AI & Innovation

What you will do

• Lead AI, automation, innovation, digital product and business transformation initiatives from concept through deployment and adoption.
• Work hands-on with generative AI tools by developing, testing and refining prompts for business use cases.
• Translate operational and commercial challenges into AI use cases, workflows, experiments and prototypes.
• Manage POCs, MVPs, pilots, project plans, budgets, timelines, risks, success measures and adoption plans.
• Coordinate IT, Operations, Sales, business stakeholders, technical teams and external partners across a global matrix organisation.
• Support the Business Assurance AI roadmap and scale validated solutions while maintaining data quality, security, governance and measurable value.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in project management, digital transformation, innovation management, digital product delivery or a related field.
• Track record of delivering technology-enabled or business transformation projects from concept through implementation.
• Practical experience with generative AI tools and prompt engineering, including developing, testing and refining prompts.
• Experience managing AI, automation, analytics or digital product initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to connect business needs and technical delivery.
• Fluent English is required; Spanish is an advantage. Experience in the Testing, Inspection and Certification or Business Assurance industry is strongly preferred.
