Traditional Consulting - Experienced Consultant

Location: Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Munich, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Berlin, or Cologne, Germany; or Vienna, Austria. Travel to client sites is required as needed.

What you will do

• Work in cross-functional teams to solve complex client challenges across industries and geographies.
• Develop in-depth data analyses using advanced tools and techniques to generate sophisticated hypotheses.
• Communicate insights to clients and stakeholders, support decision-making, and oversee change execution.
• Lead key workstreams autonomously while maintaining alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Support or become anchored to a practice area based on professional expertise.
• Travel to collaborate with clients on-site as required by business needs.

Requirements

• Around 3–5 years of relevant professional experience, including managing teams and successfully implementing business strategies.
• An advanced degree or exceptional work experience beyond a bachelor's degree.
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven critical-thinking and solution-creation abilities.
• Ability to shift effectively between different projects and teams.
• Ability to articulate strategies and insights precisely for global clients.
• Demonstrated leadership in diverse group settings and adaptability to evolving project environments.
• Fluent oral and written German and English.
