What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams in solving complex client challenges across technology, financial services, healthcare, consumer goods, and other industries.
• Synthesize insights and guide analytical efforts to create innovative client solutions using proprietary frameworks, digital tools, and methodologies.
• Build trust with senior clients and shape compelling data-driven narratives and strategic visions.
• Orchestrate end-to-end program delivery, balancing hands-on guidance with team autonomy while managing quality, scope, and timelines.
• Support professional growth through mentorship, continuous learning, feedback, and inclusive team leadership.
• Contribute to practice development, knowledge sharing, and capability building.

Requirements

• Multiple years of combined consulting and industry experience, including proven leadership of high-impact, complex engagements.
• Proven track record in the required work experience.
• Demonstrated project management and leadership skills, including the ability to prioritize and balance multiple project demands.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities for developing transformative solutions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills for engaging and aligning cross-functional teams.
• Relationship-building and client-management skills across different organizational levels.
• Commitment to inclusivity, developing others, and creating an environment of mutual trust and respect.
• Fluent written and oral German and English at C1 level.
