Senior Product Engineer (Semiconductors)

Location: Seremban, Malaysia; on-site industrial projects and manufacturing support

What you will do

• Support volume ramp-up and manufacturing efficiency for front-end and back-end silicon semiconductor production.
• Provide technical support for industrial projects at internal and external manufacturing sites.
• Monitor internal and external supplier performance against engineering KPIs.
• Perform root cause analysis for incidents affecting silicon device production.
• Develop technical solutions for manufacturing issues and assess optimization opportunities.
• Participate in process transfers, product transfers, and other industrial projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, semiconductor physics, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of front-end and back-end semiconductor processes and silicon-based discrete semiconductors.
• Knowledge of 8D problem-solving methodology, semiconductor processes, and failure analysis techniques.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues independently.
• Fluent spoken and written English and the ability to collaborate effectively in international teams.
