Technical Sales Consultant (Construction)

Location: Benoi, North West, Singapore. Onsite role supporting Singapore and the SEA region where required.

What you will do

• Deliver engineered solutions and design proposals using construction accessories and related products.
• Provide technical advice on product applications to customers, consultants, contractors, project owners, and internal stakeholders.
• Support business development by understanding customer requirements, recommending technical solutions, and identifying new opportunities.
• Present technical proposals, product demonstrations, and training sessions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Build customer relationships, provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle, and support successful project delivery.
• Maintain design tools, product guides, technical literature, engineering procedures, and product compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, technical services, or technical sales within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of reinforced concrete design principles and engineering applications.
• Experience providing technical support to consultants, contractors, and project owners.
• Experience presenting technical solutions and conducting technical discussions with customers.
• Good commercial awareness and the ability to identify business opportunities; experience in technical sales or customer-facing engineering roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, together with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering software; ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.
• High integrity and ethical standards, confidentiality, and alignment with company values.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of construction accessories, concrete products, or related building materials.
• Existing relationships with consultants, contractors, or developers in the Singapore construction industry.
