What you will do

• Lead medium- to high-complexity projects from concept and product development through industrialization and market launch.
• Coordinate stakeholders across R&D, Product Management, Operations, suppliers, and external partners.
• Create and maintain project plans, budgets, forecasts, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Report project progress, gate status, risks, and escalations, and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and manage changes transparently.
• Improve product development execution through process simplification, digital tools, automation, and AI-powered solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven project management experience in product development, consumer goods, juvenile products, or a related industry.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in a dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with an interest in digitalization, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
• Fluency in English is required; willingness to travel as required by project and business needs.
