North America Pampers Club Operations Lead

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work model with the option to work from home two days per week and regular office attendance.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end operations for the North America Pampers Club ecosystem across the mobile app, website, and CRM.
• Drive platform reliability, operational health, continuous improvement, and sustainable program economics.
• Coordinate business teams, technology teams, agencies, and partners to deliver priorities.
• Lead governance of incidents, releases, risks, dependencies, and technical debt, including root-cause resolution.
• Simplify processes and ways of working to improve speed, quality, and cost efficiency across the end-to-end consumer journey.
• Establish and monitor business, program health, and operational KPIs; identify risks and drive corrective actions.

Requirements

• Strong experience in digital operations, technical product management, program management, or digital platform leadership.
• Experience with digital ecosystems spanning mobile, web, CRM, integrations, and cloud platforms.
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to challenge internal teams and external partners effectively.
• Strong business and analytical mindset, including the ability to understand program performance and economics alongside technical health.
• Excellent program management and stakeholder leadership skills.
• Ability to connect business priorities, consumer experience, and technical execution.
• Strong ownership mindset focused on simplification, execution excellence, and measurable outcomes.
