PMO Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Own the consolidated project portfolio dashboard, status calendar, and management reporting pack.
• Analyze schedule, resource, budget, dependency, risk, milestone, and benefits data to identify trends and required actions.
• Prepare concise CFO, executive leadership, and steering committee materials with clear decisions and supporting evidence.
• Administer project intake, prioritization, tiering, stage-gate governance, and portfolio review routines.
• Maintain RAID, decision, interdependency, resource demand, financial, and benefits trackers while improving reporting quality and traceability.
• Use Microsoft 365 Copilot and approved automation for meeting summaries, action extraction, status consolidation, and governance drafts, validating all AI-assisted outputs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, information systems, or a related discipline.
• 4–5 years of recent experience in PMO, portfolio analytics, finance, consulting, or project controls.
• Advanced hands-on Excel and Power BI skills, plus experience with enterprise project or portfolio tools.
• Experience supporting multiple projects and governance cycles in a multinational organization, including Finance, GBS/shared services, or ERP projects.
• Ability to convert detailed project information into concise executive-level insights and maintain high standards of data quality, organization, and communication.
• Fluent written and spoken English is required; a valid passport and flexibility for domestic and international travel are also required.

Nice to have

• CAPM, PMP, or related project-management training.
• Additional European language capability.
• Practical experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot or comparable approved automation.
